We hope everyone made it through the cold weekend. We are continuing the Becoming A Responsible Teen (BART) section of Tribal PREP. The topic for session #9 is practicing assertive communication skills. The focus of session #9 is for the youth to practice the techniques that can help them make responsible decisions in risky situations. We have two fun activities called "Ways to Say No" & "Assertive Communication Practice" planned for today. We look forward to seeing everyone tonight. - End of the Program Celebration: Friday June 28th @ Knotts Berry Farm amusement park. We will be providing breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- Make-up sessions will be held at the Youth Center starting on Monday May 13th.
- We will have $10 Target, AMC, Starbucks and McDonalds gift cards for all participants. This will be the last week will will have AMC cards
- We are distributing or last round (4 remaining) of $25 gas cards to those families who carpool.
