Miyuyam (Hello To All),

Tribal PREP will begin on Monday February 4th 2013 from 5:00p.m-7:00p.m. @ the Ballard Center 

We will be having pizza, fruit and water for dinner.
We will be issuing $10 gift cards to all youth who participate. 
Please bring a signed consent form Monday (if you have not already turned one in).

ANNOUNCEMENT

For any parent who is willing to transport another Tribal PREP participant (youth from different households) to, from or both to all sessions. We will be giving the carpooling parent a $25 gas card at the beginning of each month.

Community Night

Because of community night the youth center will be closed we are sorry for the inconvinice.

Tribal Personal Responsibility and Education Program

Miyuyam (Hello To All),

SDAIHYC wanted to let everyone know about a new program SDAIHC is starting on February 4th 2013.

The program is called the Tribal Personal Responsibility and Education Program (PREP). 

Tribal PREP is open to all youth 12-18 years old, regardless of ethnic background or gender. The goal of Tribal PREP is to provide teens with preventative education focused on the prevention of sexually transmitted infections (STI) and pregnancy prevention by engaging youth inactivities that improve self-esteem and positive decision making under peer pressure.

We will be holding a parent information meeting on Monday January 28th 2013 from 6:00pm-7:00pm @ the Ballard Parent Center. Please contact the Youth Center or Kellen Hernandez with any questions.

Intertribal Sports Basketball parent, player, and coaches Meeting

There will be a parent, player, and coaches, meeting on Wednesday January 9th, at 5:30pm. all parents, players, and coaches are asked to be there at the meeting thank you.

Bowling/Ice Skating Thursday December 20th IMPORTANT REMINDERS

Here are some friendly reminders for those who are signed up to go to ice skating and bowling on Thursday at Viejas Outlet Center, we will be going rain or shine.

We will be leaving the Youth Center at 2:30PM SHARP.

Please Bring the following:

• Thick clothes (maybe an extra pair because you might get wet!)
• Socks (for bowling shoes)
